Project was undertaken to update the existing failing rendered façade and to give the house an updated modern look.

Scope

Scope included the sub-construction and metal cladding including new capping. Recessed gap size is 15mm.

Features

This build was a mission of mercy to revive the failing facade on this property and in the process give the house a modern sleek look. The Colorbond was given a Monument finish to add the final touches to this restoration project.
