The limit here is really the transport of the goods. On previous projects it has worked well to roll form the material on the roof if a very long sheet was required.
Please keep in mind that all material expand and contract as the temperature changes
For wall cladding applications where a flat panel is desirable, we recommend to keep the panels to approximately 4 meters in lengths.
On soffit applications we recommend to keep panels to maximum 3 meters in length.
