DSC01314 - Nailstrip

Nailstrip

The nailstrip system looks aesthetically similar to the standing seam system once installed. It has been created to simplify the  installation of a raised seam cladding system, as there is no need
for specialised tools to close seams etc. The limitation of this system is the extent that we are able to customise a project when using this system.
Whilst it is most commonly used vertically, it is versatile and can be used both horizontally and also vertically.

The nailstrip system is best used in a 38mm rib height (from base to rib top). It is the budget friendly option, due to its substrate being galvanised top hats, as opposed to standing seam which requires a ply substrate. Along side top hats, a moisture proof membrane is required (proctor wrap.)
